Confuto Systems AS ble etablert 1. mai 2000. Kort tid etter ble MSP-tjenesten (Management Service Provider) FirstView lansert. FirstView har siden dengang forenklet innføringen av IT Service Management-funksjonen for en rekke teknologiintensive virksomheter i Norden. FirstView inneholder ledende IT Management funksjonalitet forenet med skreddersydd kompetanse og support. Med dette konseptet er vi ledende i Norden.

Confuto Systems har prosjekter som favner innføringen av hele eller deler av IT Service Mangement-funksjonen. Arbeidsfeltet spenner fra Service Desk/Help Desk, Asset Management, Desktop-, Network-og System Management, Application Performance Management til Business Service Management.
